Booking and Deposits:

When booking your sessions, a non-refundable deposit of £15 is required. If the session involves two areas of the body and lasts 1 hour, the deposit increases to £30. For sessions covering three areas, lasting 1.5 hours, the deposit is £45, etc.
This deposit secures your appointment and is applied toward the cost of your session. The remaining full balance is due at the time of your first session and can be paid in cash or bank transfer.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Late Cancellations:

If a session is cancelled without proper notice (within 48 hours), you will need to pay an additional £15 fee before your session can be rescheduled. This ensures that your missed session is fully compensated.

Full Session Forfeiture Option:

Alternatively, you may choose to forfeit the entire appointment, including the previously paid deposit, should you prefer not to pay the additional fee.

Important Notes:

If you do not wish to pay the additional fee, the entire session, including the deposit and any remaining balance, will be considered forfeited, and no refunds will be issued, as our time and resources are reserved for you.

No-Show Policy:

Failure to attend your appointment without any prior notification will result in the loss of your appointment in full. In this case, the entire session, including the deposit, and balance paid before will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
